Hero MotoCorp is expected to unveil its flagship Xpulse 421 at EICMA 2026 in Milan tomorrow, November 3. A new teaser from the company features its rally-racing machines and references the Xpulse name, but does not show the motorcycle itself. The timing aligns with EICMA’s press day, which kicks off the show.
The Xpulse 421 was first previewed as a concept at EICMA 2024 and has since been spotted testing, including in Ladakh. It is expected to sit above the Xpulse 210 as Hero’s largest adventure motorcycle. Reports point to a new 421cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed gearbox, though Hero has not confirmed the final specifications or performance figures.

Spy shots suggest an adventure-focused setup, including a trellis frame, long-travel suspension and spoke wheels with a 21-inch front. A large TFT display and rider-focused electronics are also expected, but details will only be clear once the production bike is revealed.
An India launch is expected in 2027. When it arrives, the Xpulse 421 is likely to take on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and KTM 390 Adventure in the mid-capacity adventure segment.
