BSA Motorcycles has introduced two new colourways of the Gold Star 650 in India, adding fresh styling options to its retro roadster. The Birmingham Blue and Brooklands Black Legacy editions feature distinct paint schemes and detailing, while retaining the existing engine and mechanical package. The Birmingham Blue edition is priced at Rs. 3,55,950, and the Brooklands Black Legacy Edition costs Rs. 3,64,950, both ex-showroom, New Delhi.

The Brooklands Black Legacy Edition draws inspiration from the historic Brooklands circuit, where BSA rider Wal Handley earned a Gold Star distinction in 1937. It gets a deep black finish, gold pinstriping across the chrome-finished fenders and tank accents, along with a quilted seat. Meanwhile, the Birmingham Blue edition, gets a deep blue paint scheme, a patinated silver side-panel badge and a bespoke engine finish. Both editions retain the Gold Star’s traditional retro-roadster design.

Mechanically, the motorcycle has received no changes and continues to be powered by the same 652cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, producing 45 bhp and 55 Nm. The motorcycle continues to feature Brembo brakes, dual-channel ABS and wire-spoke wheels.
BSA's Ownership Assurance Programme includes a standard four-year/50,000 km warranty, with extended warranty options available for up to six years. Buyers can also opt for roadside assistance for up to eight years and an annual maintenance contract for up to five years, subject to the programme's terms.
