Following our previous exclusive report about the Hero Xtreme 125R gaining the same rider aids and tech as the Glamour X, Hero MotoCorp has now quietly launched a new top-spec variant of the motorcycle in India. The new variant is priced at Rs 1.04 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it at the top of the Xtreme 125R range.

The new variant comes loaded with the same suite of features introduced on the Glamour X. It gets a ride-by-wire throttle, enabling cruise control, along with three riding modes – Eco, Road, and Power – and a new colour 4.2-inch LCD. Importantly, this new variant also offers disc brakes at both ends along with dual-channel ABS.
Similar to the Glamour X setup, the Xtreme 125R features a dedicated cruise control switch on the right. A ride mode selector and menu navigation buttons are also included on the left cube.
