At least seven soldiers were killed in two separate attacks targeting army forces in Waziristan Province, northwestern Pakistan.The Pakistani army said in a statement that gunmen ambushed army forces in the Datta Khel area, which led to the death of five soldiers and the wounding of two others.Militants launched another attack in the same area killing two soldiers. Army forces launched a massive combing operation in the area to search for the militants, the statement added.Pakistani forces have been working for years to eliminate armed groups in mountainous borders who launch attacks against security personnel and civilians from time to time.
