Updated Citroen Aircross Spied On Test

Shortly after Citroen confirmed upgrading select models in its India lineup as part of Phase 2.0, the updated Aircross has been spotted testing in the country. The test mule was largely undisguised, with camouflage limited to the front logo and rear seat window glass. The minimal camouflage on the test mule indicates that exterior updates will be subtle, with overall design appearing largely unchanged. Although the rear was not caught on camera, expect it to be largely the same as the existing model.

The interior is expected to see the most significant updates. The spotted model features a brown cabin with contrasting beige accents. The three-spoke steering wheel appears unchanged, although the logo on it remains under wraps. Additionally, the door panels, dashboard and the centre console are covered in camouflage, making details difficult to confirm.

In terms of features, the updated model is likely to include ventilated seats, upgraded materials for the dashboard, seats, and door panels, a 360-degree camera system, an auto-dimming IRVM, push-button start, and keyless entry. A sunroof may also be added to the mix. The second and third rows of the test vehicle were fully covered, but we don't expect it to get many changes.

Updated Citroen Aircross SUV Spotted Testiting 2
The Aircross was the brand’s second model developed specifically for the Indian market after the C3 hatchback. Competing with the likes of the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, the Aircross offered the option of two or three rows of seating, depending on the variant. The model was launched in India in 2023 with the name C3 Aircross. However, in last year’s model update, the manufacturer dropped ‘C3’ from the name. This update also brought new features and added a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine option.

Expect the updated Aircross model to continue with the same set of engine options. This includes a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine that produces 109 bhp and 190 Nm of torque, paired with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine produces 81 bhp and 115 Nm, and is available only with a five-speed manual gearbox.

The current version of the Citroen Aircross is available in three trim levels: You, Plus and Max, with prices ranging between 8.62 lakh and Rs 14.60 lakh (ex-showroom).

Citroen India’s 2.0 plans also entail upgrades for the C3 hatchback and the Basalt coupe SUV, along with the French carmaker’s aim to expand its network in the country.

VinFast Limo Green 7-Seat E-SUV Design Registered In India

Take a look at the newest SUV VinFast has trademarked in India. The Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) firm is already on the verge of beginning commercial sales in India with the impending launch of the VF6 and VF7 SUVs, but the company is likely to add more models to its portfolio in quick succession. VinFast has registered the design of a three-row model in India, which is sold as the ‘Limo Green’ overseas, mainly to commercial-use buyers.

Also Read: VinFast Opens First Showroom In India In Surat

The Limo Green SUV looks nothing like any other VinFast SUV. Overseas, the company has an expansive lineup, spanning the dinky VF3 to the range-topping VF9, but the Limo Green takes a decidedly distinct design approach.

vinfast suv design patent carandbike 1

While its face features a full-width LED light bar that dips towards the middle to form the ‘V’ like other VinFast models, it has a more muscular and rounded silhouette, which contribures to its chunky stance. LED headlights are vertically stacked low in the front bumper. The roof is taller and more upright than on other VinFast SUVs, and this full-size, three-row SUVis larger, more imposing and more conventional than the VF9, which is almost MPV-like – and somewhat polarising – in appearance.

Vin Fast VF 3

VF3 expected to follow VF6 and VF7 in India.

VinFast is expected to follow up the VF6 and VF7 with its most accessible model, the three-door VF3, early in 2026. The company recently began rollout at its first India plant located in  Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, which is spread out over 400 acres of land and has an annual capacity of 50,000 vehicles, which can be scaled up to 1.5 lakh units annually. VinFast has confirmed this plant will serve as an export hub for markets in South Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and it is quite likely that this new SUV – along with other VinFast models – could be produced in India for exports.

VinFast is expected to announce prices for the VF6 and VF7 in the coming weeks, with bookings for both models opened on July 15. The VF6 is expected to compete with the likes of the Hyundai Creta Electric, while the VF7 is likely to be positioned as a rival to the likes of the Tata Harrier EV and Mahindra XEV 9e.

One-Off Bugatti Brouillard Unveiled As A Tribute To Ettore’s Horse Under New Solitaire Program

Bugatti has just revealed something extraordinary – even by its own sky-high standards. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the ‘Brouillard’, the first creation under the brand-new Programme Solitaire, a coachbuilding initiative that takes Bugatti's bespoke craftsmanship to those who say ‘money no bar’. And as you might expect, when money is indeed no bar, the Brouillard (which is French for fog and is pronounced ‘broo-yar’) is not just a car – it’s rolling art.

Also Read: Bugatti And Jacob & Co Unveil New Watch Based On The Tourbillon V16 Hypercar

The Brouillard is a one-of-one hypercar, which Ettore Bugatti’s favourite horse inspires – yes, you read that right. Named after the white thoroughbred Brouillard, who could open his stable door thanks to a mechanism designed by Ettore himself, this creation is steeped in the founder’s legacy and passion. According to the French carmaker, Brouillard wasn’t just a horse; he was a muse – ‘embodying grace, power, and timeless elegance’. And now the same has been channelled into this breathtaking coupĂ©.

Also read: The A-Z Of Bugatti Tourbillon: Power, Top Speed And Other Key Stats Of All-New V16 Hypercar

Under the sculpted, muscular skin lies the legendary 1,600bhp, quad-turbo W16 engine, the most potent iteration of the quad-turbo unit that has powered Bugattis for nearly two decades. Design-wise, the Brouillard is all about organic forms, fluid surfaces, and dignified simplicity. There are no visible sharp creases, no aggressive aero bits jutting out of the body work. Just pure, flowing sculpture. The body proportions are classical, with a dark lower third anchoring the design visually while making the car appear lower and longer. A fixed ducktail spoiler, integrated air intakes, and a rear diffuser (all functional, of course) are masterclasses in subtlety.

14 BUGATTI Solitaire a Brouillard

Inside, things get even more exotic. There’s green-tinted carbon fibre, Paris-sourced tartan fabrics, machined aluminium components, and a glass roof that gives cathedral-like openness. And as a nod to the car’s Horse inspiration, there’s even a hand-sculpted miniature of Brouillard inside the gear shifter – a detail you’d expect in haute horlogerie, not a hypercar.

07 BUGATTI Solitaire a Brouillard

And who has commissioned this one-off Bugatti? Well, he/she is a passionate Bugatti collector who not only appreciates the cars, but also the furniture of Carlo Bugatti and the sculptures of Rembrandt Bugatti. For them, this isn’t just a car – it’s a tribute to the entire Bugatti family’s artistic legacy.

More importantly, the ‘Programme Solitaire’ will produce only two creations per year, each using existing Bugatti powertrains but draped in completely bespoke bodywork and interiors. Brouillard ushers this long-forgotten coach-building technique into the modern world, and we hope to see many such bespoke Bugattis in the years to come.

New Volkswagen T-Roc Caught Fully Undisguised Ahead Of Debut

The second-generation Volkswagen T-Roc has just been spotted fully undisguised ahead of its world premiere. Set to be unveiled later this month, the images reveal that the new T-Roc’s design will have echoes of the Tiguan SUV, which is on sale in the Indian market.

On the cosmetic front, the new T-Roc’s design is clearly in line with newer models from Volkswagen. The front end features angular headlamps, both linked by a full-width lightbar. Beneath the headlights sits the large air intake with a honeycomb mesh, with prominent cladding on both ends of the upper side. The silhouette of the vehicle appears to be similar to the outgoing model, featuring a prominent C-pillar, a well-defined shoulderline and taut wheel arches. The rear, meanwhile, gets a full width taillamp with horizontal lighting signatures, in the middle of which sits the illuminated Volkswagen logo.

The images also give us a glimpse of the interior, which again, appears to be similar to the new Tiguan. A large freestanding central touchscreen is seen, which sits above the air vents. What’s also seen is a digital instruments cluster which sits as a separate unit from the central unit.

While not confirmed, it also won’t be surprising if Volkswagen introduces a range of strong hybrid powertrain options for the model as well.

The first-generation version of the Volkswagen T-Roc was previously on sale in the Indian market. While brought to India as a completely-built unit (CBU), in limited numbers, the vehicle did manage to achieve a good level of popularity among the masses.

Nissan's Duster-Based SUV Spied On Test In India For The First Time

Nissan’s derivative of the upcoming Renault Duster SUV has been spotted testing on Indian roads for the first time. The C-segment SUV, which is expected to go on sale in 2026, will be an addition to Nissan’s line of locally made products, which currently only includes one model. The company has however, confirmed that the SUV will not be offered with a diesel powertrain, due to falling demand and tightening emissions regulations. While Nissan hasn’t confirmed a name, there is a possibility the company could revive the Terrano nameplate for this model.

The spy shots, while featuring a fully-camouflaged unit, do show us a few aspects of the SUV. While the silhouette is largely similar to the Duster, the SUV is expected to feature a range of new styling cues to better differentiate it from its sister car. The headlights for instance, will be all-new units, with horizontal daytime-running-lamps, in addition to the grille, which will feature horizontal slats. The rear however, while camouflaged did seem to feature similar lighting as the Duster sold overseas.
